We had a very special little visitor yesterday. Mrs Thompson came to school with her new little baby girl!
Class 6 have had a great Children in Need day. They have made a Pudsey bear fraction family, made a collage of Pudsey Bear and had a special visit from Pudsey Bear. Thank you for all your donations to Children in Need.
In P.E we have been practicising travelling on apparatus and balancing.
Class 6 have enjoyed making pop up cards with Rob Lewis this week.
Class 6 have had a busy week practising for their Guy Fawkes assembly. In Design Technology their enjoyed making spooky puppets.
Class 6 have been investigating materials this term in science and tested lots of different materials to see which material was best suited for an aeroplane.
Class 6 have been learning how to recycle and have sorted materials into correct groups in their science lessons.
Class 6 have enjoyed a visit form the local Magistrates and became detectives by looking at crime scenes. 
Year 2 have had a visit from the local Magistrates in school this week and learned about the British Legal System
Year 2 have had a visit from Florence Nightingale in school this week.
