Funky Fruit Salads!

Class 3 were introduced to the story of ‘Oliver’s Fruit Salad’ and we thought… What better than to make our OWN fruit salads in class! We followed a simple set of instructions to help us make it. Throughout the week, we also learnt about imperatives, time connectives and used bullet points in our own lists. Fabulous instruction work this week, Class 3! Assemble the Minions

Class 3 had their very first class assembly this week – invaded by minions! Class 3 taught Dave, Stuart, Jerry and Minion Layla all about Autumn as they had no idea! We picked out our favourite things…

Autumn is FULL of so many exciting events and we all can’t wait for it. Autumn is an amazing time of the year. It starts to get colder, the nights get darker and the leaves get crunchier. Let’s get the marshmallows out! (Class 3 even had a sneaky giant marshmallow each for doing such a super job in their assembly!)

Mistakes help us learn and are all part of the journey!
Challenges help our brains grow.
We should try, try and try again!
We can do anything if we keep trying and never give up.

We all mistakes and they are all part of the wonderful journey that is learning! We designed our own Monsters Inc doors for our new class display which is reminding us everyday to never give up and to not be disheartened when we can’t do something right away. We wrote some class sayings which we will use everyday!
