Class 3 had a wonderful time visiting St Hilda’s Church as part of their ‘Christianity’ topic. They learned all about the history of St Hilda and had fun identifying the different features of a church, such as the altar, pulpit, font, organ and stained glass windows.
The children were so well behaved and could remember lots of information from their RE lessons. They learned so much about the Christian Church and asked Father Chris lots of interesting questions.
