What a wonderful year we’ve had together Class 3! It has been an absolute pleasure teaching you all and we are so proud of the progress you have made and the lovely, kind and caring children that you are. We know that you will continue to do your very best in Year 2.
You are all SUPERSTARS! ⭐️
This week Class 3 have been telling the time to the hour and half hour.
Last week the children had lots of fun on their trip to Gibside. They found out about the different plants and trees there, searched for mini beasts and created some beautiful natural artwork.

Class 3 found a mystery object in our school grounds this week… upon closer inspection they found that it was an egg! But what was inside?
The children came up with lots of ideas and wrote some fantastic sentences about how the egg got there and what could be inside.
In our maths lessons we have been learning all about positional language. We programmed Blue Bots to go forwards and backwards, and make left and right turns.
