This week Class 1 have talking a lot about bonfire night!
We talked about what bonfire night is and why we celebrate it. We discussed the Gunpowder Plot and spent some time talking about Guy Fawkes. We learned that he lived in the past and found out this meant a long long time ago.
Together we talked about some of the things we might see on bonfire night, including fireworks, sparkles and bonfires and shared ideas on how to safe safe around these things! We then created our own colourful fireworks outside using chalk!!🎇
